Peruse Bodybuilding websites and set small goals. If I fail I write it off as a bad expererience and try again.

Hey Etienne, I've been busy the past few weeks. Photo shoot today and last week, whole body hurts!!! But I think the photo's came out OK, not bad for not really dieting consistently. So when I start competition prep and do more pictures, there should be a world of difference.. How are you sweetheart?
