Awesome! I have a few fun little trips planned, one to a country music festival campout for 4 days, then I am going to my hometown for my bday in Aug to celebrate with the fam. It is an 18 hour roadtrip! Woohoo! Other than that I am planning on working my butt off and pushing limits :)

Hey! I am doing pretty good. Ups and downs here and there...mostly downs, which is a good thing :) Trying to keep my head in the game. I am getting good at saying no to the people who try to derail my plan. I've had a few excellent workouts lately. How about you?

things are going much better now. just simplified my life a lot more and im focusing on a hard core fat loss 2 weeks because ive been adding a lot of muscle over the past 2 months. need to refocus on that cardio.. how are you?
