Experimenting to see what works!
While my boyfriend is unable to work out, I realized I had a shelf full of supplements that no one is using. So, when I had to buy more protein powder (which I ocassionally use for meal replacement) I did some reading on Scivation Xtend. So far, I've only used it for a couple of days but I've noticed that I'm sore less and have less inflammation (I have an inflammation disorder which makes working my traps excruicitating, no matter what the intensity) and definately recover quickly. I've also noticed that it keeps my metabolism burning more throughout the day, I don't have periods of "full" and "hungry" when sipping on it in my water, my hunger is more consistent, it's either "okay" or "hungry" but it doesn't just go from "full" to starving. I like it.

My motivation program needs a boost
My motivation has been to feel better about the way I look but I've come to realize that sometimes, only the internal motivation isn't enough. I'm considering adding a points or reward system too, a new game, some new clothes a new book something that will get me moving when I just want to do something else.
Times have been tough recently and it's hard to move myself and help other people at the same time. I'm open to suggestions.

Reason: I found this member from one of her (I'm assuming) first posts about "I want to do bikini competitions and I don't know where to start". She and I are way different leagues (She was super lean to start) but it's inspiring to see a girl from rural VT find a way to make it happen. I can too.
