Lifetime athlete, who decided to get serious again! Tired of feeling my age, and worse looking it!
Why I Love It:
The feeling of personal accomplishment, and physical rush you get from setting and obtaining a goal.

Trained for and completed an Olympic distance triathlon! Now trying to add lean muscle mass without sacrificing flexibility.

I want to gain 10 more pounds of lean muscle mass, while decreasing my body fat % to the single digits!
Goal (Long):
I'd like to tip the scales between 185 and 188, while adding significant size to all major muscle groups. I'd like both the additional mass and size to be built without sacrificing functional strength or flexibility. Not looking to be "competition cut", rather I'm looking to have a strong, athletic physique that allows me to still compete in Triathalon.....as well as look kick ass in my swim trunks!
