I want to gain 10 more pounds of lean muscle mass, while decreasing my body fat % to the single digits!
Goal (Long):
I'd like to tip the scales between 185 and 188, while adding significant size to all major muscle groups. I'd like both the additional mass and size to be built without sacrificing functional strength or flexibility. Not looking to be "competition cut", rather I'm looking to have a strong, athletic physique that allows me to still compete in Triathalon.....as well as look kick ass in my swim trunks!

Let me tell you....I loathe cardio/arobics/etc.! I've hired a trainer just to kick it in me so I can loose this belly fat and actually see some lower abs! lol! I'm off to a day of parading and picnics - campaign life is great! well - other than having to avoid all the fabulous picnic food :( Have a great 4th!
Now that is working out! I'm not familiar with Crossfire....sounds wonderful tho. I'm starting a plyometrics program this week to try to get off my plateau.
Going well - I had a bit of an elbow injury (tennis elbow? but I don't play tennis :) they said it was overuse?) Anyhow, I get to go back to upper body this week so I'm pumped about that. How is your training going?
thanks.... being in between gyms i am just trying to control the diet right now... but really excited this summer as opposed to last about being able to wear the things i didn't feel able to last summer... :)
