How I Started:
Working out in school for lacrosse and then got some weights in the basement and got more serious about it.
Why I Love It:
It's one of the few things you can't get bored with that never gets easy unless you let it be boring and let yourself take it easy.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals and trying to impress myself, and by this website because the people on it show the results that are possible.

Its been awhile how are u? I just put up progress pics (more up on 10/10) a new thread post and blog entry. my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier
