Mike has been my buddy for almost 2 years. We worked together as Personal Trainers. He is always helpful and motivating !! I injured my back after watching him doing crazy deadlifts period lol
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
DEAD LIFTS,BARBELL SQUATS,STANDING CALVE RAISES. AND OTHER EXERCISES THAT YOU LOAD HEAVY WEIGHTS ON YOUR SPINE MAY CAUSE INJURIES ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CORE MUSCLES ARE WEAK AND IF YOU DON'T LIFT PROPERLY ...DEAD LIFTS,BARBELL SQUATS,STANDING CALVE RAISES. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I MADE MANY MISTAKES !! I DID NOT LIFT IN A PROPER FORM.ALWAYS TRIED TO LIFT THE WEIGHTS THAT I WASN'T ABLE TO HANDLE.I DID OVER TRAIN.I DID'T KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF RESTING BETWEEN TRAINING SESSIONS..SOMETIMES RESTED TOO LONG BETWEEN SETS.NEVER CALCULATED THE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN CARBS AND FATS..NEVER CONCENTRATED ON THE MUSCLE GROUP THAT I WAS WORKING .I WOULD LIFT JUST TO LIFT ETC...I MADE MANY MISTAKES !! The Dangers of Aspartame (Artificial Sweeteners Su

Description: Aspartame (E951) is an artificial sweetener, used in over 6000 products. The food industry claims that aspartame helps in losing weight, but why is obesity then becoming such an ever increasing problem?
http://www.naturalnews.com/0012 53.html
Aspartame breaks down into three components:
1. Methanol.
This is poisonous alcohol. In the body, methanol breaks down into formaldehyde, which is a poison.
2. Phenylalanine.
This decreases the amount serotonin in your brain, which leads to mood swings (depressions) and an increased appetite! This is why aspartame is one of the main causes for the current obesity epidemic.
3. Aspartic acid.
This is a neurological toxin comparable to MSG.

Why I like this video: ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS !!!
It has been a while, your right. I am trying to get in the gym as much as possible. Its hit and miss but I am certainly trying. Put on a few lbs with the vacationing this summer and let it get me down when I got home. Spirits have been good now and just trying to make it happen.... with the fam and all. Doing what I can.... when I can! Hope everything is great with you. TTYL
yeah, I think so. I HOPE anyway! It never goes as fast as we would like though huh? Thanks so much for dropping in. Havent heard from you in a while. You doing okay?
Just fine:) You? I'm ready to go hit the gym tomorrow morning. Tiffany on this bodyspace LOOKS DARN GOOD AND i WANNA LOOK LIKE THAT!! SHE'S THE 2ND ON INSPIRATIONAL:)
Your right we haven't, lol, it's going very well. I have finally stopped being so OCD about the scale anyway and I am a lot more confident in what I am doing. I am getting results by all means and I am loving them! "Nice" to see that your doing so well, LOL!
thanks, yes it does help, and no, I know better than to overtrain, I know that the recovery is actually when the muscles are rebuiling and when your lifting your breaking them down, so I would never interupt that process. I normally(in the past) work back/bis one day, then legs another, chest/tris, then abs.....
Are you kidding, I freakin LOVE weight training, free weights particularly! I was just told recently to concentrate mostly on cardio for fat loss. I HATE IT! I'm open to more info.... LOL
