V-up crunches: lying on your back with both feet in the air and spread apart like a V, reach toward one side and go down and then to the other side and continue.

Lets see: Side Crunches - Try lying on either side with your hip toward the ceiling and your ankles and feet togather and try side crunches. Alternating crunches - ly on your back with your feet off the ground creating a 90 degree angle at the knee and crunch up bringing your righ elbow to your left knee and then left elbow to your right knee and so on.

Yeah, I used hydroxycut and lipo 6 about 6 months ago. I liked the Lipo 6 better because it gave me energy from the caffine and the hydroxycut just made me have to go to the bathroom. I did'nt feel as if either "burned" fat but I figure the caffine may have bosted my matabolism.

Well right now I'm not taking any fat burners or supplements besides protien and haven't been for about three months now. Just apples, coffee, and cardio with a clean diet to stay lean. My favorite oblique excercise is standing oblique twist using a cable and single pully. Best of luck!
