KAD731 same here.... great job though. i'm on my 12th week this week. this challenge has really pushed me. it kind of make me wanna join another. lol me and my husband are gonna go light for bout 2 weeks and the it back in it again. just to shock our bodies. we kind of feel like we hit a lil plateau. we are still gonna get to the gym and eat clean but less lifting. we usually lift bout 5 days a week.
