I've been working out for years, BUT mostly yooyoed ( work out for awhile then get lazy for awhile) But NOW this year I've been really trying to concertrate on my body.
Why I Love It:
** Update ** OK its APRIL 5th 2009, And today is day 3 of using PROTOTYPE 216. It has been giving me more energy and making me stay at the gym longer and slowly increasing workout weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
LOOKING IN THE MIRROR,, I cant see what other people see. When I workout I look at my body in the mirror and it's hard for ME to see results, but other people tell me that they see results.
BB Accomplishments:
I believe my arms, trapzoids. I see a slight improvment on those, But need to work on abs and legs, the 2 things I dread.
