When I Started:
How I Started: I've been working out for years, BUT mostly yooyoed ( work out for awhile then get lazy for awhile) But NOW this year I've been really trying to concertrate on my body.
Why I Love It: ** Update ** OK its August now, and getting into a regular routine of working out.

It Feels GREAT. I enjoy working out and trying to improve my body.
How I Stay Motivated: LOOKING IN THE MIRROR,, I cant see what other people see. When I workout I look at my body in the mirror and it's hard for ME to see results, but other people tell me that they see results.
BB Accomplishments: I believe my arms, trapzoids. I see a slight improvment on those, But need to work on abs and legs, the 2 things I dread.
