i decided to give it a try, looks like it could help me with my bench plateau... i did the dynamic bench today and tomorrow will be max effort lower body...lookin forward to those heavy deads!

thank dude, good luck on your goals too...the bench and squat will be the toughest cause my bench right now is pissing me off and not going anywhere but im starting up a Neg. Rep program and my knees have been buggin me on the squats but i still got a few months

yea thats kinda what im doin just to put on some size. just doin mon- chest, tues - back, wed-legs, thursday -delts and friday arms. reps between 6 and 8 usually but once a month i drop to sets of 3 or 4 on the big lifts just to make sure my power is still goin up. i usually do 3-4 lifts per body part, starting with multi joint big lifts first. and i mix up the smaller lifts every week just to hit the muscles from a different angle.

no preworkout supps to give you that extra boost in the gym?? lookin good tho man, its hard to even remember what you looked like back in the day haha. oh and i wore my Bring Back Elliot tshirt the other day when i worked out....got some weird looks for sure

what up man? hows the Halo goin? i just got some superpump after I had some samples and they worked pretty good, but i gotta say having it everyday is even better. you still lifting at the SERF or did you end up gettin a membership somewhere else?

aight sweet... i wont be there, im gonna be in florida... i think ellen is pissed, she is making me go to the first deep clean and then the makeup meeting... and yes FC'ing is kinda lame, and of course i never got around to getting my ACE Certification this summer eventhough i got the book and read it all and started studying it. ugh fml

damn, i hear ya, i had surgery on my back last summer and couldnt do ANYTHING for 2 months...lost muscle, gained fat....it was hell, but stick it out and just take it slow when you get back, and best of luck!
