took this after a good month on a new program, unfortunatly i dont have a pic from a month before, but i didnt gained only 2 pounds but seemed to put on alot more muscle and burn some fat

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i try to rest at least a minute...get impatient sometimes though
Sunday: Shoulders and Tris
Monday: Back
Tuesday: 30 min light cardio
Wednesday:Legs
Thursday: Chest and Bi's
Friday: "Rest"
Saturday: Light Cardio 30 min

Yea benching can be a bitch to improve, thats why I always love lower body stuff. The Dynamic workout is part of the Westside Barbell Program. I dont know if you've heard of Joe DeFranco, he runs a hardcore athletic training gym and trains top athletes; its the program that he uses for most all his trainees and many powerlifters use it. Good ol' M&F programs for the win! Haha, you're training split is actually identical to what I did when I first got big into lifting, only problem is I kind of went backwards; I should've been training my squat, bench, deadlift harder early on rather than worrying so much about isolation and "beach body" workouts. Its never too late to start though, good luck on those numbers for your Big 3
What kind of program are you running Gorski? Still some sport-specific movements or are you just going more bodybuilding based now? I'm looking into starting some powerlifting program because I figure strength=size
decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
wow man I will have to try the super pump stuff.... :) my lifts are going good struggling to get in a lift each day but when I do they rock. I am learning to swim so that is accelerating my fat loss and as I get better at it I will hopefully get shredded.

yeah that would suck man. I am just trying to watch more of what I eat and just do a little extra for lifting to get some extra calories burnt. I am supposed to deploy soon, so hopefully I can go on that and do the surgery after. I want to go to Iraq.
