I used to fight mma, and then due to injury I had to quit! I needed to still stay in tip top shape and I met some bodybuilder friends and here I am!!

I am currently 202 pounds and havent measured my body fat as I am scared haha.. Will do that this week.. I plan to be down to 165-155, and a size 8!

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I am old school.. Use a pencil and notebook!

bounce around outside before I walk in the gym!!
