Been fat all my life and am ready to change. Using David Robson's 12 Week Transformation.
Goal (Long):
At the end of twelve weeks I hope to be 200 lbs and have a waistline of 40 inches or less. I would also like to get my 2 mile run time down to 15 minutes (Started at 20:05 8-10-09).
I am following David Robson Transformation guide. I try to stick to it as much as possible, but since I use a home gym, I need to change the exercises to suit the equipment that I have.
