How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4-7 reps. I like to use heavier weight to add strength and mass quicker.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Since it is heaver weight, I am loosing more blood each rep in the muscle so i give 2-3 minutes usually to let the blood flow back to the muscle.
