What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I like to stretch and clear my head on all negativity by meditating. Negativity is a distraction and meditation helps release all those
unhealthy feelings.

It matters if you are letting the *******s on here (And thare are *******s everyware!!) cause you to lose hart. Ma was thare for you before you got on here...get of the site and keep training if you have to but do not stop training overall!!! This alowes you to avoid the Bull**** and still stay in the game! I remember your support when I got hasseled by some jerk on here and you helped me see the stupidity for the envey it was.

Sorry to see you go Ed, I have to tell you I don't agree. Letting a 17 yr. old kid get in the way is crazy. Everyone on this site has some form of an insecurity.
