Hey Luis, this has to be the week, in a few minutes going for a short 9.5 km 5,9 miles run, and next week vacations! Meaning be able to pump like an animal :D love it, what about you man, what is going on in your side of the world?

Good thing good to hear that you are starting to become adict to size; in my side adding distance for the next two weeks the goal is to do 25km per week (16 miles) the bad is that you feel heavy and all the time hungry, go figure :) Change my lifting plan to support that effort, feeling fine.
