How I Started:
When you are 210 pounds and have a **** life, it is the best way to vent frustrations, in the end you look back, see your fat ass high school friends and say, "wow, thank god!" That is the part I have been up to for the past few years.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins, something to keep me occupied, seeing something I like in the mirror :p.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am hoping to be in the same shape as Bruce Lee one day, unrealistic but inspirational.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 200 benching purely by constantly increasing reps and sets of push-ups. Curls-40 pounds each arm.

Thanks bro for stopping by...I definately believe balance is the key. I'm trying to find that right now and will probably be looking to add some muscle since I lost a lot of LBM from the dumb noob diet I was on. Keep lifting heavy...

Yeah, I've been icing it, but it's a "1 step forward 3 steps back" kind of thing. Seeing an ortho next week so I'll have a diagnosis at least, but prob just tendonitis.

yeah it worked really well for me!! i've put muscle really fast while losing bodyfat with it! best protein ever tried!!
