i got sick of being fat tired so i got a membership and just started liftin i loved it from the start and now keep doin it i loved
Why I Love It:
to see my body getting bigger i just love see my muscles grow expand to look at your self in the mirror and u feel good about yourself
How I Stay Motivated:
look at magizines or watch worlds strongest man lookin at those guys thinkin im gonna get big just likem looking at my progress pics,and thinking toward the future when i do get huge
it was 10 in the mourning and i was rdy i startded off with t bar rows 3 sets 10-12 reps then i did seated rows 4 sets 10 reps then i did lat pulldowns 4 sets with the last a drop set 10-12 reps then finally i did behind the neck pulldowns 4 sets 10-15 reps train hard never give up peace.
wassup man! training is going great...trying to still put on size and get huge! trying not to put up pics until after october (6 months from the last ones I took) Hopefully there will be a huge difference in them! How is your training going?
Hey man, its going ok. I just started a split because rippetoes wasn't helping my back, which is allready f'd up. So its cool to try out a split for the first time. Just hope i see results. How you doin?

chins 3 sets 10-15 reps
deadlift 3 sets 4-6 reps#
bent over rows 3 sets 6 reps
dumbell rows 3 sets 8 reps
