How I Started:
I began lifting in High School for sports, never strictly for competition. Let's say this the start for specific goals besides physical conditioning, the reason for the start date.
Why I Love It:
Challenging and keeps me looking young. Plus I love seeing younger Marines broke off.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I joined the Marine Corps. I was really overweight... I was weighing about 215lbs at only 5'9" and it was not solid. After losing 45lbs in bootcamp, I have changed my eating habits, train pretty good, and have remained at my bootcamp weight...promised myself to never be that fat again. And above all else...look hot(great naked)for my beautiful wife.
BB Accomplishments:
Not gaining back all my pre-bootcamp weight like most individuals do and maintain pretty good physical conditioning at all times. Able to achieve 260 something PFT on a bad day is pretty good for me.
