Finally back again after a good(well, in truth: bad) two weeks of illness(a cold, fever, throat pain, the usual suspects). And i totally blew the workout! Didn't do all the excersises, didn't do the correct weights(far from), Didn't do the correct amount of sets. But still, feels good to be back! I'm motivated even though the Workout sucked.
Aight, second post. So, today I didn't follow anyone of my standard workouts, I was supposed to do my 1A(chest/tricep/trapshoulderish) for 60-65min. But instead i went up to the gym to attempt a new 1RM benchpress of 110KG(about:235lb). I was close but ultimately failed the attempt. The feeling was like: "i got this! i got this.. I got this?
