My friends where doing it then i just started doing it. I didnt like it at first but when i started seeing results i stuck with it

As you can tell i need to work on my whole stomach area.
Right now im just trying to maintain muscle and lose fat (losing fat is harder than i thought but i like a challenge). Im not trying to rapidly lose fat maybe about a pound a week just so i dont lose any muscle
Goal (Long):
Right now im pretty much coming of an injury. So i re-evaluated my goals. I still want to get cannon ball shoulders and tree trunk legs; but since i couldn't run for 3 months, do to my ankle being hurt i gained some un-wanted body fat around my stomach. So i wanted to shed the stomach fat and get real ripped.
Thanks a bunch! Still working at it. I hurt my back with the kids so that put me out for a bit. Then I've been slacking on the workouts and totally BLEW my diet Mother's Day. Thought it was worth it at the time but it was impulsive and so not worth it in the end. Now I'm busy making up for Sunday. Grrrr Back on track though!!!
Thank you very much for dropping by and for the praise. I have been surprised with my workouts, as I seem to be able to gain muscle even at my age. I am committed to dropping a bit more bodyfat and seeing if I can add some more lean muscle and get a better V-taper. How are things with you? How are your workouts going?

Doing well bro. Out here on the boat for Cobra Gold, but HA is rearing its head.. We'll see. Workouts are ok. I am trying to go heavier to put on some lbs. How bout you?
