just wanted to lose 10 lb. kept losing the weight until I lost more than 50. Did this mainly by doing cardio--treadmill walking and eventually running, which I still do every day
Why I Love It:
always liked to lift, but finally started to lift heavy to failure and combine with cardio--made a real difference as I approached 40. still love lifting
How I Stay Motivated:
this site is motivating. great to look and feel better than I did 10 yrs ago
just go to his site and see the awards, honors, and photos. see the progress pics. read the comments and words of wisdom he imparts on others. Mr. positive, and that's why he looks the way he does. its in the attitude for sure!

Hairless is good, I shave as well bro, I like being smooth, just can't right now due to the left wrist not fully cooperating. No BB.com friend close enough to do that for me that doesn't have a complex! LOL
