How I Started:
My dad was the one who actually got me into working out. I saw how confident and strong it made him and that's how I wanted to be. He built a small gym in our garage growing up and thats where it all began.I remember when I was a sophmore in high school getting up at five in the morning and training before I left for school.
I actually started competing in bodybuilding through the encouragement of my friends. I remember not being to comfortabe with the idea of getting on stage in front of a bunch of people I didn't know with tiny little trunks. After I hit that first pose I felt totally comfortable. I felt like I had been there before. Almost like I was born to do it.

Cotinue to add muscle to my frame while keeping my body balanced.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to continue improve and add more muscle to my frame. The next step for me is to win an overall open title in 2009, while re qualifing for the NPC Nationals.From there I will take another year off to improve and add more size, with the overall goal of stepping on a national stage in 2010.
Today was my first day back in the gym. It felt really good! Though my lifts decreased a little bit it was great to be back. Now comes the time to embark on the journey ahead. In about two weeks I'll be starting about a three month bulking phase. My first priority for the next two weeks is...

Thats ok matey, i certainly can understand when a mate is bogged down with work. I was in the uk for a week and got to see some nice gyms there. Fitness is gaining ground in the Uk alright. Ive now lost 258lbs and ill now have to decide on what fitness direction i now wish to take difficult decision weather to build muscle or just maintain a healthy trimed phsyique will keep you posted. Your doing alright i hope?
