Yep I usually go every morning and for the last 2 weeks or so I have gone back every evening just for a cardio session.
Workout is going pretty good. I've started back losing but I will not weight until the end of the month.

i am good as a matter of fact. ate something I wasnt supposed to last night but i did my morning cardio this morning...still not an excuse. I had legs yesterday & they are killing me this morning. Biceps today!
