Thnx for ur request.. my advice to u is not to give up it takes some time to see serious results but when u get them ur never going to want to stop. Supps. advise would be creatine, protein and amino acids, but most of all eat right..(keep up the good work)
In building a good body everything is the nutrition.Eat fat-free foods with high protein inside(chicken breast, roast, beans, rice). Then comes the hardcore training and if you want you can take food supplements such as whey protein and amino.(they can help you to gain clear muscle, but slowly dont expect from one day to another).
Im no bb expert but eat big, drink plenty water, sleep well and work hard as hell! Read as much as u can, it'll help u avoid injuries. The key to progress is to become a student of bodybuilding and learn what works for u. Take ur time and it'll all come together.
Get sound advice from medical and nutritional professionals, not the meatheads in the gym that were blessed with great genes and can curl a 60Lb dumbbell without struggling. Genetics load the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger. Be the best you can be or not at all. Let me know if you have any questions. I may not be the biggest or best, but this is my life and I've done my homework. Good luck.
I reversed the order of the comments if you didn't notice yet. haha
A few more really important tips are to always be safe and know your limits, drink lots of water every day, and get all the CREDIBLE knowledge you can. A huge guy that has great genetics will gain size and strength even if using terrible form and doing useless exercises.
