How I Started:
My parents were amateur bodybuilders back in their college days. They had a basic set of weights in the basement. Once I saw the gains my older brother was making on this simple set of weights, I had to join in.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it allows me to push myself to the limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family is always lifting weights. Also seeing how amazing weightlifting makes your body look, feel, and function.

I would like to gain 5-6 pounds of solid muscle every year.
Goal (Long):
I want a deep separation between my abs and obliques/intercoastals. I would someday like to be able to complete 30 wide grip pull ups in a row. I want to be more vascular in all muscle groups, especially calves and deltoids. Lastly, I want to become stronger in every lift I do.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Sylvester Stallone in Rambo III or Rocky III/IV. I like how he has both size and definition, but more definition than size. Frank Zane because he trained all of his muscles so they were in perfect proportion instead of exploiting his strengths and forgetting his weaknesses.
