How I Started:
I wanted To put on more muscle mass, and less body fat. So i started working out at the gym on campus.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after you workout. You feel healthier and have more self-esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at other bodybuilders, and seeing what can happen if I stick it with.
