How I Started:
I was a very skinny kid when I started. Some of my friends had been working out and I noticed how they were getting bigger. I figured I would give it and shot and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Anyone who competes knows the dedication that is required for this sport. Bodybuilding has helped me put this dedication into all aspects of my life. I am who I am because of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always striving to be better at my next contest then I was at my last. Every contest is me against myself.

Goal (Long):
I would love to win an IFBB pro card at the 2008 Masters Nationals. I would then like to see the IFBB bring back a Masters pro division or some Masters pro shows. That is about the only way I would compete as a pro.
Next contest will be the 2009 NPC Masters Nationals.

Considering how shredded you were in your last outing, it's quite a feat to stay within 15 lbs of that condition! As a fat guy, I totally can't relate ;-) (someday, though i think i like food too much!) I hope your training is going well.
Hey Eric - I saw your post on a forum and I thought you looked familiar...I saw you compete up at the NPC Masters in July - what a great physique and congrats on your #1 Super Heavyweight Placing - there was some tough competition! My goal is to compete at that show someday!
