One bodypart per day. I try to do arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders in that order during this 7 day routine.
I do abbs as a warm up and try to do cardio at the end of it all.

My chest hurts sooooooo badly!!!! Like to the point of me being sore on EVERY part of my chest. I knew I pumped it out hardcore.

omfg. I pumped chest out so hard core today it was UNBELIEVABLE! Abs for warm up, flat bench press, cable flyes, decline dumbbell press and finally push ups. Oh yeah...it was that good.
