How I Started:
I've always trained to some extent because of my involvement in sports during High School and College. After having knee reconstruction I began to train more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape and the feeling of acomplishment. It also helps me look younger and helps recover from past injuries.
How I Stay Motivated:
The Last few years my Motivation has swayed because of a rotator cuff injury. It's time I stopped using that as an excuse.

Hi Eric, how are u? yea i know what u mean, it can be tough when u shaffel so many challeges at the same time, but u just keep being motivated, and there are soo many people that support u and want u to sucseed, im one of them, k. u said u had an ijury, the knee recostrruction thing or is it something else? let me know and keep me posted.
