If you do become an Inst dont let the members tell you have to teach your class.. I never put up with the crap.. I was know as Drill SGT for 11yrs.. I was tough.. also if somebody comes in your class late make the WHOLE class do push until you get tired of counting

becaome a Trainer 1st then when you take the Aerobics Test.. it will be easy to pass.. The PT is more in DEPH then Aerobics

try stomach vacuums too, keep up the workout and make sure you watch what you eat, if all fails, keep trying but could be genetics.

its got more to do with body fat percentage, i just do the ussual, situps, halfway situp twisting for obliques, and laying down on my back and lifiting my legs up to work my lower.
