Got invited to wifes boot camp and now sore in place i didnt know I had muscles! Gonna change some things up a lil bit....

Almost one mounth out and things are getting better every day. Getting stronger and losing inches. I have some direction now and a plan!

Started a workout program this week. Susposed to help build muscle I'll give it a try for awhile and see.
