How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my results and getting encouragement from others. Watching an inspiring movie like one from the Rocky series or other similar films. Rocky climbing that snow-covered mountain! Or what about buff Sigourney Weaver kicking all those aliens butts?! Riddick!

Could be lack of knowledge about the exercise and the muscles it works and technique.

Read as much info as you can on working out and all the principles that apply to exercises and all the different methods, AND talk to people who have the knowledge. hi there! im back in the gym with "the real weights" but im still keeping my machines just in case, so i can still workout. lets just say "free membership." i work at the ymca doing maintenance and im automatically in. boy working out between the 2 are 2 horses of a completely different color. anyways hope your well, hope to talk to you soon! have a great holiday if i dont hear from you! <3
it was just about right. The circumstance of what happened during really opened my eyes and showed me that I am not as bad as I thought I was. I went to Atlantic City :-)

Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?
your going to love this one... i purchased the new perfect pullup b/c i wanted to try doing pullups. as i did 2, the doorframe of my bedroom came down cracking me in the head. (8 stitches) i think i might stick to jungle gyms or lose more weight then try pullups.
