During my days of playing basketball, the coaches always told me I needed to hit the weight room to make me more of a force on the court, so I did. Little did I know that I was going to become addicted to it! I now compete as an amateur in the OCB, NGA and in 2009 will try my luck in the NPC!!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has allowed me to take my body to new heights that I never thought were possible prior o training. I also enjoy the PUMP I get when performing the exercise correctly, while balancing the mind muscle connection at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Continuly noticing improvements keeps me motivated as I slowly start transforming my body from dedication and self discipline. "Ain't nothing to it, but you do it!"

Why I like this video: Some of the best bodybuilders to do it but never got the Olympia crown, their dedication and hard work is extremely motivating...sit and enjoy.
For 28 days, I got back in the grind...me versus the iron. Having new focus made set after set better and better. Whether it was pulling or pushing that weight, feeling the weights get heavier and the muscles larger by the week, this all did nothing but add fuel to the fire. My focus...
LOL :) Ummm, I think I'm just an all-around bad driver LOL But guess what, I got in and out of that place in 5 minutes...I thought someone was playing some kind of cruel joke on me...my picture even turned out really good! It's like all my hard work loosing weight was really worth it...ummm, except I actually put down 135, so now I've gotta loose two more pounds...137 just sounded weird :) LOL
:) So you teach classes? I know, shame on me for driving like that...I just hate going to that place! I don't drive that much though...but when I do... LOL
Hey AJ :) Not much is going on here today either...except this one really exciting thing...I'm going to the DMV to get my license renewed. It's been expired for months but I've been waiting until I lost all my weight before going...you know, so I can put my new weight on the card LOL Yeah, it's gonna be a blast :)
Hey :) What's going on today? Oh about your last comment...you only lift weights for 45 minutes? How many days a week? It takes me and hour and 50 minutes, but that's only 3 days a week.

LOL That's cute :) Yeah, even though I go to the gym at 6am, it never fails that some distraction comes up...and I can't spend 2 hours there every day just to half-ass it. There's this couple I always see there, and the girl is so not into it...I feel like going up to her and saying, just quit! LOL I so don't wanna be that person who won't take it seriously.
Seriously, it's like get yourself together and reevaluate why you're here! I could care less if anyone else works out, but if they try to bring me down with them...we've got problems LOL

I've always wanted to go to Vegas...I mean, it's a total whole but you can fly there from here for practically nothing...just would be something fun to do. See, one of those good ideas of mine that gets ignored LOL
