When I Started:
How I Started:
I started training with weights when i was 17 just to keep fit and build a little muscle. I also was training for a number of sports which kept me very active.
Why I Love It:
Knowing that each rep, set and weight change is working towards your ultimate goal.
My whole life I have been a skinny kid, played alot of sports. So i got pushed around abit, I decided to get in a gym and improve my physical apperance and get an edge over the competition also give me less chance of injury.
My ambition from when i was little was to become a fire fighter in the MFB in Melbourne. So training hard to get into that and also to give myself a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Well this is my first post for sometime now. I have been super busy with loads going on so my training suffered alot. From changing jobs to new friends to new sports and holidays. Family do's christmas and new years its been really full on. Also with a few injuries and having some bad neck...
well background is filipino and im from the west of melbourne..well i train 3 days but try go for 4 but sometimes i get lazy.. umm not for stage, not THAT into it, just want to maintain a goood ripped body i guess... what arew your goals/plans?
Yea man from what i can gather, it seems to be best to stay lean in the off season...i def do eat plenty of cals and have a few cheat meals...but i stay as lean as i can!
ya i try to stay as lean as possbile during my off season, it makes the dieting process a lot easier...but in only about 6 weeks i prolly got 4-5 solid lbs...not bad!
