I just got tired of being so little. I was 5' 9" and only 120 lbs. Everybody made fun of how little I was, and took me as a joke. Girls wouldn't talk to me cause I was their size. ( LOL). I made a decision to change. Now I dont get called little...just skinny.
Why I Love It:
It's phsically and mentally healthy. It's more than just something I love to do. It's my life. Even on days I am healing I feel that I should be working out. Everybody should love it look what it does to your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly...by staring in the mirror and looking at all the parts of my body that are not as big and defined that I want them to be. That makes me want to just put a lil more weight on the bar, makes me wanna just do one more rep after failure.

Make lean muscle gains while losing fat so I can get my six pack in check.

I want to GAIN 25 lb

Thanks a lot. I'm having trouble shifting this last bit of fat. Got any tips for a good cardio regime? At the moment I do cardio 4 times a week, usually about 15-30 minutes running and 45 minutes fairly intensive cycling, it doesn't seem to make that much difference. On one of my days off I have 2 hours cricket training which is fairly intensive too. Maybe I've just got to be patient?

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ?
