started a new diet yesterday noon (brown rice, chicken, water) 8+ times a day. Its workin.

day one of de-carbing. Did brown rice and chicken for 3 days prior. It was great progress. And started tanning.

So, I let myself go during my time off. Not all in vain. I now know how fast I gain weight, what contributes to it etc. Im not mad at myself, I learned alot.
