What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back, dead lifting incorrectly, still gives me problems occasionally. Something to my 2nd or 3rd rib doing dips, no idea what, still cant do dips.

Power lifting training, need some strength increase, Workout every other day,
For my first set I will do 2 warmup sets and 1 working set of 6-8 rep max for compound movements, then 2-4 working sets for isolation exercises for 6-8 reps.
Sunday:
Shoulders and Biceps
11-13 working sets...
