This is me when I was not working out and eating a terrible diet... I weighed almost 190lbs, probably around 20% bodyfat... I didn't start working out until 2 years ago, and by that point, I was almost 200lbs, couldn't even do a single pullup...

175lbs, looks like I've only put on a little bit of fat, the bulk is coming along nicely!

Down to 7% bodyfat, looking better.. Need to add some muscle and drop bodyfat to 6%

6.8% bodyfat... Need to start focusing on putting on the muscle now... I think I'm just about lean enough for my abs to really show through.. Once I hit 6% I will start the bulk for sure

I've lost 2 lbs this month, don't know why... Hopefully it was bodyfat... I've gotten stronger, can't really tell if I look any leaner though...
