This is me when I was not working out and eating a terrible diet... I weighed almost 190lbs, probably around 20% bodyfat... I didn't start working out until 2 years ago, and by that point, I was almost 200lbs, couldn't even do a single pullup...
175lbs, looks like I've only put on a little bit of fat, the bulk is coming along nicely!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Best two exercises have been supinated grip chins (bodyweight & weighted) and heavy supinated grip rows, such bent over barbell rows and Yates rows
What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
None, just doing squats and chins and other exercises properly has given me a defined mid-section.
