No bread or cheese for 5 days ..Eating very clean and doing more HIIT. Let's see how Much that pLays a factor! :)

Burned 1450 calories (1 hour 30 minutes) 1.5 tread 1.0 bike back and bis! finallly deadlifted 315 :)

Did 1115 calories in an hour 15 at the gym this morning... Cardio and stomach also some deadlifts!! Trying to get that stomach toned!!

Trying to keep the muscle mass while i lose about 10% body fat and get shredded!!!
