WEEK 4 AT 194 POUNDS. I'M BEGINNING TO LOOSE SOME FAT AROUND MY GUT. FEELING STRONGER AS WELL.
I want to eliminate the fat around my stomach and reveal my abs.
Goal (Long):
I want to maintain my clean eating and shed the extra fat that I'm carrying. I want to cut and define my physique by june. My goal is to be able to take off my shirt and be proud of what I have accomplished. I want to increase my size of my arms chest and legs....pretty much every body part. I know this will take some time but I want to complete all these goals by 6/2/08 as part of the 12 week transformation.
