What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat small meals 6 times a day. Learning how to eat again has been a major turning point in my routine.

Thanks for the post on my blog on abs. I am still at it and will be posting pics in the next few weeks. No 6 pack but definitely getting more definition which is really what I want. Not too much muscularity. Now I want more definition on my legs by the summer!!! Bring on bikini season!!

They are going well, thanks for asking. I should post new info on Friday. I was taking photos once a week but I think for now it will be more encoraging to take them every 3-4 weeks. How are you doing with your progress?
