Five days of eating clean and I already feel better. It's amazing that after falling off the wagon for a little over two years (exercise/eating cean) that I can already feel the difference in my body. I'm still a looooong way from where I need to be in the gym but I know what direction...
The diet was too much of a hassle. I just kept my carbs and calorie intake low and protein and water intake high. It really helped build strength and endurance but got pretty boring after about 8 weeks.
Thanks for the post on my blog on abs. I am still at it and will be posting pics in the next few weeks. No 6 pack but definitely getting more definition which is really what I want. Not too much muscularity. Now I want more definition on my legs by the summer!!! Bring on bikini season!!
