yeah that sounds like a plan. I am up to an hour of cardio after weights. I still do my p90x in the mornings though, which is a great workout. Right now I only take in less than 100 grams of carbs a day and over 300 grams of protein. Very little fat...only healthy fat from almonds.
I would say they main factor is def. diet. I am on a very strict diet right now, sucks, but works. Also I do p90x in the mornings, then weights and more cardio after work. How much cardio do you do and how is your diet?
