Hello, I'm checking into gyms. So far they all require a one year contract. There's one larger gym but geez does it intimidate me. Women seem like barbie doll types that fix their makeup before working out.

Just looked at your progress pics. WOW!!! You're doing awesome! Gotta love that feeling, it really helps motivation with progress like that.

I'm thrilled and scared. I'm afraid I'll lose the motivation or my diet will do me in. It gets frustrating because I want to see my instantaneous results. I read about other people dropping a bunch of lbs and it gets me down. Keep thinking I must be doing something wrong. Still happy with my progress overall though.

Hello, I think I actually see the start of a bicep muscle. It could just be my imagination but I SWEAR I see it. I'm weighing and doing measurements on Saturday and I'm really hoping to drop below the 200 line! Hope all is well with you. Thanks for checking up on me :)

Thanks kymberg. I appreciate the support. It's been a good week. I'm feeling good and energetic. I just wish the scale needle would move to the left! :)
