Recommitting myself to start Mar 16, 2009. Short term goal is to improve diet by eliminating soda and junk food.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to lose 60 pounds of fat. I want to look and feel muscular and healthy.
Since sticking to a good diet is the number one problem for me, I'm changing in increments and establishing good habits in small doses. I hear that 3 months makes ingrains the change enough to become a habit.
First up is improving my daytime, at work, habits: eliminating soda (even diet) and stopping the junk food. Oranges instead of cookies, nuts instead of chips. Soup or salad for lunch and eggs instead of a chocolate muffin for breakfast.

If you don't mind me saying so, "to Hell with them." Most of the "Barbie" types shouldn't matter to you anyway and will be too concerned with checking themselves out in the mirror to even notice that anyone else is around and this is all about you and you wanting to be in the best condition of your life. Besides the big gyms usually have the best equipment and it would be nice to take advantage of that?
I tried to contact you through your blog but couldn't get through so I thought that I would write you here. Isn't there another gym around that you could get a 30 or 60 day membership at so that you don't lose your hard earned body tone?
Wow you are doing an excellent job! You can defintely see results in your progress pics...can't wait until you put some new ones up so we can see some new progress!
Slow progress is the kind that lasts...because it's true fat loss. Keeping muscle while losing fat is a tedious exchange but it will keep you from gaining it right back. Stick with it...it is working!
Hi! thank you for the friend request keep up the great work you are doing!!!Don't give up!! A lot of hard work but it does pay off i promise!!! good luck on your goals... if you need a motivation chat? or anything just give me a holla!
Hi! Just wanted to congratulate you on your progress. I'm finding that it takes a lot of patience personally. So, keep persevering---you are doing great!
Don't worry about the scales...judge by the way your clothes are fitting. I changed 4 dress sizes with only a 6lb difference...muscles are tricky things!! I'm so glad you are having a good week.
