my afternoon Full-body supersets

1. squats + barbell lat pull up`s `back to front` - 20kg 3x 10 to 15. ( 1 minute rest between each set ) 2min rest 2. Barbell incline Bench press - 40kg 3x 10 to 15 + standing bicep curls barbell - 20k 3x 10 to 12. ( 1 minute rest between each set ) 2min rest 3. Barbell Bench press - 40kg 3X 8 to 12 + Bend over Rows with E-Z bar - 25kg 3x 10 to 15. ( 2min rest between each set ) 3min rest 4. Barbell Shrugs - 40kg 3x 15 to 30 + Press up`s - 3x 20 to 35. ( 30sec rest between each rest ) 25g chocolate mega-pro whey protein + 5g Glutamine and Game over. Duration 44min.

Roast chicken breast. Boil chicken breast for 5 min first, veg; 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 Leek, 1 diced spring onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1/3 cabbage ( boiled for 8 min first ) preparation; i`v put into a flat dish the chicken breast. added on top 1 ts olive oil, small hand full of whole black peppers, 1 ts chili flakes. added the veg into the dish around the chicken breast and i`v put the dish into the heated oven. roast for 10 to 15 minutes. once ready i pasted the chicken breast with a 1ts of mustard and added 50g cottage cheese next to the veg. well that was what my mind told me...
