6'2", 165lbs, low body fat but also low muscle.
This is after 1 1/2 months of basic training at CFLRS in St. Jean, Quebec. I have dropped 20lbs of bodyfat and gained a little muscle. I am now sitting at about 11% bodyfat. Amazing what a controlled diet can do for you!

From the looks of your traps, shoulders, thick chest/pecs, abs and arms I gather they're not serving CHIENS CHAUDS and POUTINE too often in St. Jean. That Red uniform should fit just fine at Parade. Andre
