This pic is at about 159 lbs. and flabby. I had lost about 5 lbs at this point, more tightened in the legs and midsection than previously, and thought I was doin good, hence the tank and shorts. Not it but made some progress.

I've lost 17 lbs. to date, which I'm happy about, but it's obvious that I need to firm up.

Side view...tryin to lean out my mid-section, glutes and thighs. Still thick as hell!

Front view... I can see my hip bones a little more...not sure if there's any improvement. Thighs are starting to tighten a lil bit.

Fat startin to disipate on the upper abs. My lower abs still a problem.

This is probably the most tell all pic to date. I carry my wieght well, but would love to chisle off the layer of fat I'm carryin around.
